It’s not the heaviest, but seems substantial enough to work well with my pendant. The chain was boxed and packaged carefully. Excellent transaction.

Return/refund went straight forward, but I then had to deal with the insurance carrier to get that money back! So aggravating the insurance coverage isn't automatically refunded when item returned without hassle! Will not do further business with any seller who grossly misrepresents their product...Good-bye!
