The book was also shipped in a plastic mailer without any bubble wrap which may have lead to further damage of the book, especially the edges.

Eventually, they claimed the item was "damaged" but never contacted me about it beforehand. After several messages, they finally sent a partial refund. I asked for the rest of my money, but they still haven't sent it. I was patient and even told them I don't like to leave bad reviews—but they ripped me off. Bad business.
