Seller also shipped batteries fully charged (unsafe Li-ion practice). Is delaying the $499 refund until THIS is returned to avoid the full $698 financial liability. After the crash, we promptly asked for flight data and confirmed it was a product issue without hiding anything. We offered a replacement, but the buyer insisted on a full refund. We agreed, asking only for the remaining accessories to be returned. Despite missing parts, we still issued a full AUD $698 refund on Oct 22.We never evade after-sales issues and are committed to providing honest and professional service to every customer.
