Response was essentially, "Sorry this happened, we can't possibly have pictures for all products we sell... But it should work!" But never took responsibility for the discrepancy or offer a solution until I mentioned in my reply I'd leave them neutral feedback. Then they said that my message could be considered "extorsion" and mentioned option to return.
