Power supply is wonderful but … button will press the lower inner clip only half as far as a Project connector of the same design . It won’t disengage , it grabs and won’t let go. I am concerned that it could damage the 3 pin female on the RS . 1. I need either a replacement metal barrel with black button or a replacement whole d.c. connector. 2. Can you do this ? 3. The seller forgot to include on the parcel "VOEC PAID" which resulted in I had to pay VAT one more time. Shame on you. But I chose to give positive feedback, because the product and shipping was very good. But I will be skeptical to buy again from this seller. I would need guarantees for correct shipment information first at least. Thank you kindly.
