Message us to see his conversation history, this is a service you want to take a hard pass on. After looking closer he clearly copied a major provider's listing but does not provide any of the same services. I learned my lesson. Hopefully you won't repeat my mistake. You clearly used the tool, damaged it and lost a component. DO NOT SELL TO THIS BUYER. Check my feedback on al the other renters of the tool - Never an issue in 4 years of renting this tool. I clean, inspect and verify each tool personally (after returns and prior to sending it out). This buyer purchased a $2 o-ring from me previously and said it was never delivered. Unfortunately I had no tracking.
