I can't speak for all HP printers, but at least with this one, these reman cartridges that cost a fraction of the cost of the OEM / genuine units will work and the quality is definitely similar, if not, maybe even better. On the software side, it reads as "genuine HP cartridges installed" and that's how you know for sure. Pleasure doing business again, toner_kingdom!
