Requested a replacement assuming package lost, based on tracking number with no recent scans. Turns out the item is out of stock, but showed shipped with tracking. While they replied to my messages quickly, the resolve was slow coming. Had I been advised on my first inquiry the item was out of stock and refunded, that would have been better service.
