AVOID this seller if at all possible. Seller thinks that issuing a tracking number means the item shipped. Finally shipped a full week AFTER tracking number was issued and eBay marked it as ''shipped." Seller doesn't honor his own item descriptions! It's the second item I returned to this seller for a refund in less than a month. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
