In my experience (ordering this for many, many years from other sellers), when the product is new it’s much thinner. Since there was no box, I couldn’t check the expiration date. The bottle definitely did not have any product on it and was not sticky when packaged, I am not sure how that would even be possible if the bottle was not cracked since this has a pump and had a lid on it. In my experience, many years of handling and selling the product, it is and always has been a very thick consistency.
