Ranks amongst the worst transactions I've had in 30 years of collecting. I have never been treated in such an insulting and condescending manner. I was able to find a replacement from another seller. I'm also pending the outcome of a California Attorney General complaint. If you're a victim of this behavior from this Seller and need help escalating this, I will help.
