My small children would be playing on this item and I refuse to let them jump in unknowingly items on jump Hse. This item was not even new as they claimed. Now they want respond with a resolution. How can you send an item out for kids in that condition. My kids are sad because they can’t jump and I’m without a jumper and lost of funds. Most ridiculous
