Put it together and was missing a couple of parts. I let them know and ordered the parts from another site. Sent them the receipt and they refunded me the money for the missing items! Great communication!

Upon speaking to the seller, both of us came to an agreement on a partial refund and fingers crossed that my speaker can be fixed. Im giving 10/10 for customer service. But a 4/5 for item condition. Don't let my rating discourage you from buying from them. They treated me well, i appreciate their wonderful help. 🙂
