The seller’s communication was excellent and they had tried their best to wrap the item sufficiently. I was really grateful for their help, and I was directed to customer services who were able to arrange a refund with clear explanation that it was in no way the seller’s fault. Well packed and was delivered quickly. Excellent value for shade and for quick delivery through Evri. Many thanks - would strongly recommend.

Less impressed with the courier( EVRI), who despite the box being marked with very obvious fragile tape, had clearly thrown it around enthusiastically. On arrival the box was dented and the shade was buckled on one side. Managed to push it back into shape without noticeable ill effects.
