Packaging was the best I have seen! Sadly one of the beaks did have a chip. It is not visibly noticeable but one that can be felt. I notified the seller and she quickly offered a full refund w/return or partial refund & keep the dish. I declined the offer, but she sent refund immediately anyway. Will gladly buy from her again. Great customer service!
