The book was mailed a week after I ordered it and took another week to get here. I live less than 200 miles from the store, so I was surprised at how long the shipping took. I had hoped to have it before Pascha.

Contacted 3 weeks later to inquire about status and got a response 55 hours later, saying “We have NO control over USPS”. The item now shows “not in stock”. I did not request refund or redolent because this is THE CHURCH, yet they did refund. The messaging and conversations were not pleasant and I was repeatedly asked to revise this feedback.
