Yes, we understand that the manufacturer failed to include the mounting bolts in the package you've received. It's not that we "refused" to ship them as if we had them and chose to withhold them from you...we don't have any to send you. Thank you for letting everyone know just how difficult it was to find metric bolts, your understanding on why we only offered the option to return it for a refund is welcome.
