After making a claim The seller said it was locked in hidden storage unit and he couldn’t get it out at the time but needed a few days. I agreed and after another 10 days and several inquiries my item still had not shipped so eBay returned my money. This was an item that I needed for a fundraising event I was holding. Terrible communication and customer service.
