The next day, the seller said that he could not find the product and cancelled the sale. So what do I say to the people I promised this product to? How do I convince them? Perhaps a responsible approach would be to receive and test item prior to making promises to 3rd parties, but to each their own. Within 24 hours a refund was given along with extensive explanation and apology. Seller not willing to understand, offered to get back in touch if we found item. Item has been listed since 2022 and seems to have been misplaced in a house move. Again we apologise for this.
