The mounting screw holes line up perfectly with Fender USA and MIM Strats and the pickup mounting routs are spot on. The pot mounting holes need to be enlarged a little to take a standard CTS 1/4" shaft, but I've found this to be true with all import pickguards...no big deal. The color is true parchment, not aged to look like parchment. Fast shipping, AAA+++ eBay vendor!
