The item got stock in a wrong country (it appears to be carrier mistake). The shipper has tried to get the item moving but couldn't do anything. I've tried to do the same but the carrier suggested that it should be the shipper actioning it (which he did). eBay however isn't doing anything just waiting. I was expecting greater involvement of eBay in resolving this issue. Not happy.
