The first item, a poster, arrived ripped and the seller was extremely rude and nasty, stating that I ripped it when taking it out of the package. I tried to resolve the matter by returning the ripped poster and ordering another one. The seller ignored my messages and never sent the item. He intentionally waited and wasted my time.
