However, upon receiving my order I discovered missing components, which the seller swiftly shipped out to me upon following up. Highly recommended, and would definitely buy from again.

The caddies are extremely stiff and will barely come out, I ended up having to break 2 to get my drives out after inserting them. I've never seen this before with a 2U chassis. I would've returned it but my project has a strict deadline.
