There weren't enough screws for the drive trays, but they did provide ALL the trays, which isn't always the case, and I was able to buy more screws. One nice touch was that the BIOS and IPMI software were updated, which I didn't expect. Also, when I had questions, I reached out through eBay and they responded quickly and to the point (thanks, Justin!).

The caddies are extremely stiff and will barely come out, I ended up having to break 2 to get my drives out after inserting them. I've never seen this before with a 2U chassis. I would've returned it but my project has a strict deadline.
