That I could cross the garden lawn, past the sun dial, and enter into the rectory on this spring (summer?) day warm enough so that many of the windows are open and look out from them to the surrounding English village... His store is special: the three postcards I bought from him are rare British rectory scenes that I feel lucky to have come across and now own!
