I use mine on the forearm, so it can be used, but i bought it with that in mind. Not sure how long the elastic will last.Time will tell. Cheap as chips though, so you can't really complain. Screen is accessible for touch, but don't expect finger print operation obvjously. Ports accessible for headphone cable. Bit finicky plugging in cable when on, but fine when off
