UPS had marked this item as delivered but only dropped off 1 of 2 packages. They later decided to drop off the second part of the order. I would gladly buy from shoptronics again!

Reached out to the seller, they tell me they can't help, because the item was sent to ebay hub and to contact ebay. I contact ebay, they tell me they have no information on anything and to contact Israel post. Meanwhile they still shipped my order out and I have no idea what to expect. The handling of this case has been absolutely abysmal.
