The phones itselves seem to be somewhat new but the accessories were harvested from all kinds phones. The handsets did not match the phone and cannot be used. Some of the power adapter did not match the phones. The phone and the handset cords are used and all curled up. I tried to work with the buyer by sending brand new handsets to the buyer but they just kept demanding more. After I told the buyer that I would no longer provide any more product (because I was told that nothing that I sent was good enough) I was threatened by the buyer for a negative feedback.
