When I got the msg that product has been delivered , I asked her to send me the right product. But she denied and said she hasn't received it. After giving her all postal details, I asked her, if she doesn't want to send correct product, then at least refund me. Next day she processed refund and asked if I received it. It was showing processing, but i never received it.
