The rounded off smooth finish with rubber straps are really ergonomic and comfortable, dont latch onto your arm hairs. Only thing i will say is it thinks im doing steps when im driving but im sure theres a fitbit app setting to eradicate that. For such a small screen the resolution of when I got a WhatsApp photo was unreal too.

Items themselves are perfect, as described and obviously new but in plain generic boxes which is fine. The price was already low and one of the eBay sale codes knocked another chunk off the price so this was a particularly good deal. The sales people handle this with quick responses to my messages and followed through with sending m the correct camera AAA+ service and quality items would buy again knowing that this company cares about their customers and having great products at a unbeatable prices

I suspect i had been sent one from the wrong shelf at the warehouse as there are various grades from new to used available! Return process was trouble free though and promptly refunded so full marks for customer service.
