Unfortunately when it comes too computers that don't have all their parts, we can't test them. You're always taking a bit of a risk when you buy barebones computers from 15+ years ago. Because of that risk, we usually work with customers to come too a deal. Sometimes parts were working, and they get damaged in shipping. We can't help if we don't know.
