It arrived in nice packaging, which at first gave me hope — but unfortunately, the product itself is 100% fake. The craftsmanship is poor, the crystals don’t sparkle like real Swarovski, and there was no official certificate of authenticity included. I’ve owned real Swarovski before, and this doesn’t even come close. It’s clearly a counterfeit item dressed up to look legitimate. The set sold is genuine Swarovski, complete with official engravings and Swarovski gift packaging. Buyer first requested a bracelet extension (not part of this model) and, after my polite clarification, left this misleading review. With over 1,500 positive reviews, I stand by the quality of all my items.
