All of the cubes had dead batteries and one of them seems to be broken. Its screw does not keep it shut after a new battery was installed , so I’ll need to purchase either another cube or worse, a whole set. COZMO itself was still programmed by its former user and I found that out when I downloaded the app. I wouldn’t have bought it used had it been accurately described.
