- o***u (17)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證shipping and packaging were alright, unfortunately the mouse received was a knockoff or defective, it had no software like it was supposed to have, the software the seller told me to download had malware on it and i was advised not to download it by windows defender and mcafee, so i’d recommend a different mouse from him or a different mouse in general. also answered fast at first and when i let him know about my issue the replies stoppedphalangesco 的回覆- 賣家 phalangesco 回應的信用評價- 賣家 phalangesco 回應的信用評價This is disinformation. 1) Item is NOT counterfeit. I received this from AULA directly (review unit) 2) The download link I messaged you (aulagear.com) is the official driver and my malwarebytes scan detected nothing. 3) I replied to your return request in an hour. You're the one who hasn't responded, not me. Are you confusing Windows' Unknown Publisher error as malware? Consider sticking with name brands like Logitech/Razer in the future. I would've accepted a return, FYI.
