They'll just copy and paste their description about testing product when you message. If it had been in the eBay returnable time frame, there wouldn’t have been an issue. They would have been issued a full refund upon return. All electronics are tested, cleaned, and repaired as needed. They are then photographed and placed in a sealed plastic bag for storage until the item is sold.
