I contacted the seller twice to find out how to adjust the bands to the length I needed and this was their reply It’s one size rope but you can adjust it because it’s rubber rope not plastic". I guess what they meant is the rubber stretched which works if the ropes are to short. When the ropes are to long, stretching them to make them longer doesn't help.
