I am always very happy to fix issues and offer free shipping or even merchandise, but in this case I sent the item super fast, in excellent condition, and tucked it away in a silk protective pouch for safe keeping. The buyer claims that it lost its stain and became damaged after having it for a few days. I am not sure what happened to cause it, but I am guessing it may have gotten wet. I have no control over that. I'm sorry.
