I can charge my samsung s23 fe to about 90 percent if the battery is at 0 percent if the phone is turned off while power bank is plugged in charging it. If the phone is powered on and is being used i can recharge my samsung s23 fe about 45 to 65 percent before the power bank is dead.

I ordered on Wednesday. Label was created on Friday. It didn't ship until Monday. That's 5 days from order to ship. It took Fedex a full week to deliver. This made it almost a 2 weeks delivery. Seller can shorten this by shipping item in 24 to 48 hours after placing an order. Just my suggestion ... You sonder why Amazon is popular.

I contacted seller and received an immediate response. Item did show up on time and in great condition. Did not recieve an update in USPS tracking until morning item was delivered. It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great!
