His first excuse is he ordered Windows OS software from a DIFFERENT seller's store. Somehow eBay ends up ordering VPN service from our store. We have proved that he started to use our VPN service the same day he received that e-delivery. His second excuse is he did not receive "code". Again, he has successfully used our VPN service. 3rd, he threaten to leave negative feedback if I don't refund. And he did!

They are selling VPN software, not Raspberry Pi computers, but their title says "Raspberry Pi and free VPN service". After I placed the order, they contacted me and said they were going to send the VPN software for $14 and no Raspberry Pi.
