Tracker number was created, but was never provided to USPS, so it was not scanned and therefore not in the system. Just wasted 2 weeks, but refund was provided on time. My advice, read comments before you buy, not after, as I did. I was debating If I should leave this negative commend or not, but more commands I read, more I think that it looks like a scam.
