An inspection revealed a swollen battery. Also the S-Pen is of inferior quality when compared to a genuine Samsung Note 4 S-Pen. While the phone appears to be relatively clean its quality is inferior when compared to a genuine Samsung Note 4. I do not think this is value for the money I spent. You said that the battery had failed and I promised to re-purchase a battery for you in the first instance. But you had to ask me to ship a battery for you, I explained to you many times that I can't ship the battery separately but you had to think that I cheated you. You can contact all the Chinese sellers to inquire if lithium batteries can be shipped separately from China.

The seller was very willing to rectify any issues I had and the package came in early. Also when it hit the U.S. I was provided a USPS tracking number which I did not expect. Contact the seller and be patient if you have an issue. I was able to resolve the issue and am now happy with my purchase. And yes, I did in fact receive a brand new sealed in the box phone, no issues there at all. In the end I am happy and it was a positive experience. Give the seller a chance.
