I own a phone store I set up and establish phones daily. I even took the sims out and put them in other phones I have in store to verify there is no issue with the sims.

He avoided the question then told me to look up ebays policies. The phone came a month later not new at all with nothing except a charger. Not even a manual or any accessories that are normally included. Still very unhappy about this and unsure if he's keeping it. This was really unnecessarily challenging because the seller wanted $$.

When i order from sri lanka,I've ordered more than 6 items on same day(including 3 mobile phones) from mainland china.all other sellers packed my order and sent it without any issues.but this one. Keep telling me he can't ship my order to sri lanka.funny all other chinese sellers can and he can't.
