The eBay listing stated that the product would not be shipped before August 22nd and would be delivered by the end of August. Furthermore, had programmed an eBay automatic reply to incoming messages to remind customers that we couldn't respond because we were on vacation.We're sorry you're not happy but the information about our summer holiday closure was clearly displayed on eBay
