The conditions of the box that it came in were pretty janky, but the phone itself look new and hard all the accessories! This phone was meant for a gift and my girlfriend loved the design and color of the phone. However, when buying this phone make sure you have an as card compatible with this phone because it needs a bigger sized sd card to be utilized. None the less happy with the purchase
