Item was exactly as described , 7 or 8 dollars cheaper than any other vendor selling this product. The best thing was communication and shipping. I recieved my reel in 3 days. I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. The seller also sent me a text letting me know my package had arrived as soon as it was dropped off on my front porch very positive feedback from me. I had ordered the same chair from another seller from a different webpage. It never made it to my home. This is the reason I found this seller and purchased it.
