Received poor "G-/Acceptable" trashed condition book/DJ w/ huge approx 4" taped tear on front cover +severely crumpled, with sticker, other damages hidden all contrary/polar opposite of photo, etc. Contacted, providing 3 proof photos asking for natural return - they refused a return, making absurd excuses, uncooperative. Now have to file complaints and claim to get my return or money back. Worst case.
