We accepted the return but did not receive all the parts for this item. The buyer kept the toothbrush handle, so we suspect the buyer wanted to replace his damaged toothbrush with a new one. We were taken advantage of and deceived. We tried to remove this feedback, but eBay did not accept our request. Therefore, we don't know which is worse: a dishonest buyer or unfair eBay.
