The remote arrived the day he was released from the hospital. My stepson and I set it up according to online directions and the bed would not stop going up and down for over an hour!! Finally it stopped with the head raised up and we can't adjust it back down. I contacted the seller who said he's a tech who tests them but not on an actual bed!! We're out of luck!
