Tried to contact seller multiple times to give them a chance to correct the problem. My messages were ignored completely! Had to buy same fan with heatsink from another ebay seller. Not worth my time or hassle to make a trip to the post office and return this $10 item. Very disappointing, as seller has some unique items listed but doesn't seem to care about customer service!
