The hat was shipped in a timely manner however it arrived flat as a pancake stuffed in a plastic bag inside a pale yellow envelope. Every other seller we've purchased from has shipped inside a small box to protect the shape and integrity of the hat. As you alluded to the hat is 33 years old, when AOL became public in 1992 & was worn. It was depicted as I found it shown with the wrinkles & even dust in the photos. I don't clean or restore my products if I do its mentioned in the listing. I leave it to the collector to take it from there. I pack & ship safely & securely accordingly, as my past reviews confirm. I am sure if the hat is cared for, it will meet your expectations. Thank you again!
